No. Partnership is completely free. You pay nothing for the food, collection, or delivery. This is genuine charitable support funded by our donors and corporate partners.

  • Is there a cost to receive food support?

No, our food support is provided at no cost to our charity partners. We cover the costs of sourcing, logistics, and distribution so you can focus your resources on serving your beneficiaries.

  • How often will we receive food?

Distribution frequency depends on your needs and our capacity, typically weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. We'll agree on a schedule during the application process and can adjust as circumstances change.

  • Can we choose what food items we receive?

We accommodate preferences and dietary requirements where possible, but food availability depends on what we rescue from suppliers. We'll prioritise your needs within the constraints of what's available.

  • What if we don't have transport to collect food?

We accommodate preferences and dietary requirements where possible, but food availability depends on what we rescue from suppliers. We'll prioritise your needs within the constraints of what's available.

  • Do we need special storage facilities?

You need basic dry storage at minimum. If you can accommodate refrigerated or frozen items, we'll provide those as well. We assess storage during the site visit and match food types to your capabilities.

  • What reporting is required?

Simple monthly reports indicating what you received and how many beneficiaries were served. This takes about 5-10 minutes to complete and can be submitted via form, email, or WhatsApp. We keep it simple.

  • Can new organisations apply?

Yes, though we typically require minimum 6 months operational history to ensure stability. If you're newly established but serving urgent needs, contact us directly. We may make exceptions or provide guidance on becoming eligible.

  • Can we share food with other organisations?

Food provided to your organisation should primarily serve your registered beneficiaries. However, if you occasionally have excess or receive items you can't use, coordinate with us first. We may redirect those items to other partners in need.
