5. One-Time Donations
One-time donations are charged once per confirmed transaction. Applicable transaction or bank charges imposed by payment providers may apply and are reflected in the donation flow.
6. Monthly Donations and Mandates
Monthly donations may be processed via Direct Debit, FPX-related bank authorization, or card mandate flows facilitated by payment partners.
- You authorize recurring debits based on your selected amount and payment method.
- Mandate authorization and debit timing are subject to banking network and payment provider processes.
- Where stated in the checkout flow, a small authorization amount may be debited for mandate registration or verification.
7. Fees, Charges, and Statements
Transaction, processing, or bank charges may apply according to selected payment rails and provider terms. Statement descriptors displayed by your bank or card issuer may differ from the donation page naming conventions.
8. Receipts and Tax-Exemption Requests
Where receipt options are offered, you are responsible for providing complete and accurate details. Tax-exemption receipt processing may require additional identity and address information, and is subject to applicable Malaysian requirements.
9. Refunds, Failed Transactions, and Chargebacks
Donations are generally treated as voluntary and non-refundable unless required by law or approved case-by-case at Kechara Soup Kitchen Society's discretion.
- If a transaction fails or is not authorized, no successful donation should be recorded for that attempt.
- Chargeback and dispute processes are governed by your payment provider and issuing bank rules.
